PROJECT LEAD

Booth Management Consulting, LLC (BMC) is a diverse CPA firm providing accounting, auditing, and management consulting services to public and private clients nationwide. Key Tasks:

  • Participate in the setup and launch of new programs/projects by ensuring high-level scope, budget, timeline, operating and governance model, staffing and key assumptions have been agreed by program/project sponsors
  • Track in-progress programs/projects against scope, schedule, budget, and risks/issues
  • Audit projects periodically
  • Facilitates quarterly budget reviews
  • Directly manage programs/projects when called upon
  • Identify and repair technical issues, including software development, product releases, and engineering tasks

 

Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
  • Must have demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent project management skills for status reporting
